Waterproof and Breathable
Our caravan covers are expertly designed to provide superior protection, featuring a waterproof and breathable fabric with a hydrostatic head exceeding 2500mm. This high level of water resistance ensures your caravan stays dry even in heavy rainfall. Additionally, the breathable membrane allows vapours to escape, preventing condensation from building up beneath the cover.
Essentials and Access Points
Because you may need to access the vehicle, our covers come with door access as standard. With an easy to use industrial Velcro strip, you can go in and out of the vehicle as often as needed. You may require additional access to lockers and electrical points, we can offer these at an additional cost. Each cover comes with essential features as standard a storage bag, securing straps, extendable fitting poles, allowances for aerials and flues if needed, and an A-frame cover.
Easy access for fitting
Our Easy Access solution can be added to your cover if you feel you need support with fitting. Easy Access allows the rear section to be fully opened up and secured with full height velcro strips on either side, once open you can simply pull the cover across the caravan. If you feel you may struggle with fitting your cover this option can be added when customising your cover for an additional charge.

Using traditional Cloth Patterning methods as well as innovative 3D Design and scanning techniques we are constantly expanding our already vast database of tailored caravan patterns. All our Caravan covers are tailor made to your specific make, model and year of caravan to ensure the perfect fit for your cover. Each hand-tailored cover begins with the creation of a bespoke pattern, meticulously crafted to match the contours of your caravan.Â
On our database we do not list all the dealership special caravan names however we will have the base model pattern. Please check in your caravan paper work to confirm what the base model is for your caravan and then select this from the database to order. If you can also indicate which dealership the special is from this will also be helpful.
Product Information
Caravan Door Access
Accessing your caravan while in storage is made simple with our tailor-made covers, which come with door access as standard. Featuring an easy-to-use industrial Velcro strip and secure straps, you can effortlessly enter and exit your caravan as needed, offering both convenience and practicality.
Solar Panel
We offer perspex windows for solar panels, allowing sunlight to pass through and keep your caravan batteries charged. This option is available for an additional £75, and we’ll need the panel dimensions, as locations can vary even with factory-fitted models. Please note that covers with this feature should not be used during warmer months, as temperature changes can cause the perspex to crack. Download your Solar panel dim sheet here.
Caravan Storage Bag
Each cover comes with a breathable storage bag made from the same material, allowing for safe storage even when wet. The bag measures approximately 120cm high by 80cm wide, providing easy and convenient storage when not in use.
Colour Combinations
Our covers are tailor-made to order, and you can choose between two colours – Grey and Green – in any combination you prefer. While the colours are a personal choice, the two-tone design can help during fitting by clearly defining the roof panel from the side panels.
Waterproof & Breathable
Our Caravan storage covers are crafted from our Torrent material, which is both fully waterproof and breathable. With a hydrostatic head of over 2500mm and a fully breathable membrane, the cover ensures no water penetrates while allowing vapour to escape. This helps any condensation between the cover and the caravan to evaporate throughout the day.
A-Frame Cover Included
All our Full Storage covers come with a matching A-Frame cover, secured with two straps and Velcroed onto the main body of the caravan cover. Made from the same waterproof and breathable material as the full cover, it offers complete protection for your caravan.
Easy Access for Fitting
We offer our Easy Access solution to support with fitting. The whole rear section can be opened up as it is secured with full height velcro strips on either side, once open you can simply pull the cover across the caravan. If you feel you may struggle with fitting your cover this option can be added when customising your cover for an additional £45.
3D Design
To achieve a tailored pattern, we utilise various techniques. Traditionally, we would measure the caravan by hand and create a dimension sheet to cut from. However, we now have the capability to work directly from 3D models, either supplied or created using our Pro Liner system. Using CAD enhances accuracy and design, eliminating the need for site visits and speeding up the design process.
Fitting Poles and Pockets
Each Full Storage caravan cover includes two sturdy extendable fitting poles and pockets on the inside of the cover, located at the top or bottom corners depending on the model. These pockets are designed to securely hold the poles in place, helping you lift the cover up and over the roof for easier fitting. Please note do not drag the cover on these points as it can cause permanent damage.
Caravan Securing Straps
The cover is secured with adjustable tension straps to prevent wind and water damage. These straps are fastened to the hem to provide tension under the caravan. Additional tension straps will also be included to secure each steady leg and the A-frame.
Warranty
Backed by a 1-year fabric warranty and a 1-year manufacturing warranty, our covers not only ensure your caravan stays clean and ready for use but also help maintain its long-term value. Preventing UV damage to your rubber seals, upholstery and mildew, mould growth on the outside of the caravan. We have been manufacturing caravan covers since 1995 and are proud of our reputation for quality and customer support.
Torrent Non-Abrasive Material
Our Torrent material features a soft, non-scratch backing that won’t mark your vehicle. To keep your cover in the best condition, always ensure your vehicle is clean before fitting the cover. This prevents dirt from being trapped between the cover and the vehicle, ensuring it stays in pristine condition when uncovered.

On the rare occasion we don’t hold your Caravan Cover in our pattern bank, please get in touch with our customer services team who will be happy to guide you through your options. In some occasions we will also not have the caravan dealer specials listed by their dealer special name, please search for the base model which will be in the caravans documentation.
Additional Accessories
Upgraded Storage Bag
All our covers come with their own storage bag, but if you’d prefer a larger bag with handles and zip access, you can upgrade for an additional £35. The upgraded bag measures 120cm in length, 49cm in width, and 38cm in height, with a zip running the full length. Simply select the upgrade from the drop-down menu.
A-Frame + Cover
Upgrade your towing hitch protection with our A-frame+ cover, made from durable Vintex fabric. With waterproof and customisable with logo options, it protects the electrical point, jockey wheel, and handbrake from water ingress.
Additional Wheel Covers
Our wheel covers are designed to fit securely over your wheel, fastening at the back with a strap and buckle. Made from the same waterproof and breathable material as our caravan covers, they help protect your wheels from UV damage and prevent water ingress in the joints.
Fitting Pole Replacements
Our covers are designed in one piece to minimise weak points. To assist with fitting, we’ve included two extendable poles that help lift the cover over your caravan. Please refer to our fitting guides and read the instructions on the poles before use. Replacement pole can be purchased in our Accessory section. Note:These may not be included with compact caravans like Go-Pod, Basecamp, Airstream, etc.

Due to increasing temperatures in the UK we can no longer guarantee the fabrics performance if left on in temperatures exceeding 25 degrees celsius. The ambient air temperature is not reflected in the cover temperature as these will be significantly higher if left in direct sunlight and can be almost double that of the air temperature. With towing covers the movement of the air over the caravan when in transit will help to regulate the temperature and will be fit for purpose when used outside the UK. The issue may arise when left on for storage which the towing covers are not designed for. Therefore please note covers should be removed to prevent damage to the cover fabric which will reduce the covers life span if the temperatures are above 25 degrees celsius . Higher UV stable fabrics are available on request and incur additional costs per cover. If a cover has been left out in extreme temperatures it will not be covered under its warranty and can be tested to confirm heat damage has occurred.

Yes we can add clear panels to the roof section for your solar panel however you will have to supply dimensions as no solar panel is in the same location. We do however recommend if you want to use the cover all year to not have one fitted. The Perspex panels are not suitable to be used over the warmer months as the increased temperature can cause them to crack.
The covers are manufactured in a unique multi-layered fabric called Torrent designed to protect vehicles from the harmful effects of direct sunlight, dirt, abrasion and damp weather. Torrent is fully waterproof (not water resistant which will allow water to penetrate) and breathable by having a directional membrane sandwiched in between the fabric layers. This innovative fabric is EXCLUSIVELY available to Specialised Covers only! The fabric is guaranteed for 1 years when used in the UK. Usage outside the UK will result in the guarantee being null and void.
A tailored fitted cover will provide extensive protection from adverse weather condition, bird dropping, pollution, dirt, black water streaking and UV damage. The cover is an added deterrent from thieves and prying eyes. Rubber seals round the windows are protected from perishing. Curtains, furniture and decals will be protected from fading. Overall complete protection and a reduction in cleaning time.

We have an extensive database of the majority of makes, models and years of caravans available simply select your caravan from the drop downs to order your product. On occasion we may not have European and older models of caravans but we are constantly updating our pattern database, if yours isn’t visible in our database please contact our Customer Service team to see how we can support.
Our unique fabric called Torrent, is a non- abrasive multi-layered fabric designed to protect vehicles from the harmful effects of direct sunlight, dirt, abrasion and damp weather. Our covers are tailored made to each van, eliminating any loose fabric flapping around the side of the van which can occur with a universal fitting cover. The fabric has been specifically designed for the purpose of covering caravans & motorhomes and therefore will not scratch the windows or paintwork. Our fitting instructions recommend that the cover be placed onto a clean caravan to ensure that no dirt gets onto the inside of the cover.
Yes, there is a Velcro access door so you can still use the caravan whilst the cover is on. Zip fastenings for access doors are not recommended as they could scratch paintwork / windows during fitting and when in situ.
Allowances are made for aerials, flues and air conditioning units. We recommend that sharp objects on the exterior of your caravan such as aerials and gutters are protected with bubble wrap and foam inserts which we provide in the fitting kit. This prevents any damage to the cover. Full fitting instructions are included with every cover.
Yes the perspex panels are an additional £75. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE A PERSPEX PANEL FITTED THE COVER MUST NOT BE USED IN THE WARMER MONTHS.
You will also have to complete a Solar Panel dimension sheet and email the completed form to [email protected] referencing your order number.
