10. Discount codes

Please be aware that all specialised covers discount codes must be applied during purchase of your product. Once the transaction has been processed you are not able to apply the discount or promotional codes.

11. Secure payments

Specialised Covers never pass on your credit/debit card details. The Specialised Covers website uses Stripe secure payment software to process your transaction, so you can buy in confidence. Our customers also have the option to pay securely for items through their Pay Pal and Klarna accounts. Specialised Covers will never store your debit/credit card details.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

Please note the Klarna payment option is only available on products over £500 due to the transaction fee costs. Paypal pay in 3 option is available on all products.

12. Customs duty

Please be aware if your cover is being shipped to outside the UK you will be responsible for paying the customs duty yourself via the courier. Your courier will confirm the value with you once the cover has been received please consider this before placing your order. The customers UK VAT will be removed automatically at checkout.

For reference our Outdoor covers manufactured from a non woven fabric is covered by the commodity code 6307909820 which is subject to a 6% Tax plus the country of entries VAT %. Our Indoor covers manufactured from woven textiles is covered by commodity code 6307901000 which is subject to a 12% Tax plus the country of entries VAT %

Magazine discount codes

• The discount code will be applied once per transaction.
• The discount code can only be used once per customer.
• The discount code cannot be used be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  Where no ‘Valid until’ date is specified, the offer will expire at the end of the publication cover date (i.e. the offer would expire on 31st August 2025 if the cover issue is August 2025).
• Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer.
